No obligation

Find out what your billing is leaving behind

We review a sample of your recent claims and your current A/R aging, and send you a written report on where revenue is being lost. It costs you nothing and the report is yours regardless of what you decide afterwards.

What the report covers

  • Denial patterns broken down by cause and payer, not just a denial rate
  • How much of your ageing A/R is still recoverable within timely-filing limits
  • Out-of-network claims that have been underpaid and never pursued
  • Where in the cycle claims are being lost: registration, coding, or follow-up
  • A written summary you can act on, whether or not you engage us

Compliance

  • HIPAA-compliant processes across every engagement
  • Our team has completed HIPAA training

FAQ

About the audit

What does the audit cover?

A sample of your recent claims and your current accounts receivable aging. We look at denial patterns and their causes, how much of your ageing A/R is still recoverable within timely-filing limits, and whether out-of-network claims are being underpaid without anyone pursuing them.

What do we have to give you?

Read access to a sample of recent claims and an A/R aging report from your practice management system. We will tell you exactly what we need and work with whatever access arrangement your practice is comfortable with, including a limited-scope or time-boxed login.

Is there any obligation?

None. The report is yours whether or not you engage us. It is a genuinely useful document on its own. If it tells you your current arrangement is working well, that is a valid outcome and we will say so.

How do you handle our data?

Our team has completed HIPAA training and we follow HIPAA-compliant processes. We work inside your existing systems wherever possible, so your data stays where it already lives rather than being copied somewhere new.
